The celebrity, who now is receiving treatment at the UCLA Medical Center as a part of sentence, had been rumored to be leaving just 17 days after the treatment started. But now she is staying for a longer period.
Yesterday the Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and the Deputy District Attorney met at the Beverly Hills Courthouse to discuss her ongoing case. They came to the conclusion that Lohan will spend no more than 30 days at the rehabilitation center.
Lindsay was sentenced to spend 90 days in prison followed by 90 days in rehab as a punishment for violating the terms of her probation from 2007 driving under the influence conviction.
Nevertheless, the “Mean Girls” star has spent just 13 days in jail and after was forwarded to rehab to prolong the term.
