Solar Storm Will Hit the Earth in 2012

Solar Storm

Astronomers predict that a powerful solar storm will hit our planet in 2012 with a force of 100 million hydrogen bombs. Now a new year of 2012 is becoming an issue for everyone.

Lots of Hollywood filmmakers have already created movies on the Doomsday of the Earth, but they may not be accepted as truth. But Astronomers from NASA are confident in that the Sun is moving and it is going to be a horrible effect on the Earth.

“The massive super storm would hit like a bolt of lighting causing catastrophic consequences for the world’s health, emergency services and national security.” – says Dr. Richard Fisher, director of NASA’s Heliophysics division.

Experts also agree with the prediction claiming satellites will no more work as they will be at the age of 50 years, and ultimately the blast will have the equivalent energy of 100 million hydrogen bombs.

And probably the Hollywood movie “2012” by Roland Emmerich will come true. The movie describes the Doomsday of the Earth in 2012. The findings were published in the Australasian Science warns to take precaution stating that the massive solar storm has the potentiality to wipe out the entire planet’s power grid.
